Hydrate
Hydration is so very, very important, not just for your skin, but your whole body, that we can’t really overstate its importance. In terms of skincare, making sure you drink plenty of water every day will be a huge boon for the future of your skin. Keeping your body topped off all the time is the best approach here; carry a water bottle with you everywhere, and sip from it all day to ward off thirst.

Omega-3 supplements.

You’ll want to consider taking an omega-3 supplement, too. You can do this with fish oil gelcaps or other sources, such as flaxseed oil capsules, but one way or another, this stuff will ultimately keep you from aging too rapidly. Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of “good fat,” and they have potent anti-inflammatory properties, which help with heart health, immunity, and keeping your hair and skin soft and vibrant.

Retinol
There’s a lot of hype surrounding the use of retinol in skin care, and it’s not empty hype; this stuff really does do wonders. Retinol works by deeply penetrating the skin and stimulating cells to communicate with each other and behave more like healthy, young cells.
